About Your S+ Booking

★ Please note that your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive the “Complete Your Guest Information” or “check-in instruction” emails, please double-check the email address you entered and be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.

Unfortunately, same-day reservations are not accepted.
We kindly ask that you complete your booking through our reservation site by 11:59 PM on the previous day.

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. However, please note that the rate is charged per room, not per person.

We’re sorry, pets are not allowed inside the premises.

※ If there is any indication that a pet has entered the room after check-out (such as pet hair or odor), we may charge the actual costs of deep cleaning, replacing bedding or other items, and compensating any affected guests.

Check-in Information

Unfortunately, early check-in is not available, and we cannot hold luggage or food items in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Our facility uses an automated self check-in system.

After completing your reservation, please follow the instructions in the email titled “Complete Your Guest Information” to submit your guest information.

Once submitted, you will recceive an email “Check-In Instructions”

You may go directly to your room on the day of check-in.
*No front desk procedures are required.

① Open the email titled “Check-in Instructions”

② Tap on the ★Check-in Instructions★ URL in the email.

③ Scan the QR code located at the facility with your smartphone to check in.

④ Enter the PIN code displayed on the screen to enter your room.
*You will receive an email “Smart Lock Password Notification” with the PIN code.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or store any personal belongings or food items prior to check-in.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

About Check-out​

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.

Please note that additional charges will apply if you check out later than the designated time.

Our staff will enter the room at check-out time to perform cleaning.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate late check-out requests. We appreciate your understanding.

Our facility uses an automated self check-out system.

Please follow the instructions in the check-out guide email sent to you after check-in, and complete your check-out by 10:00 AM.

Before checking out, please tidy up the room lightly.

Please separate your trash into two categories:

    • Combustible waste and plastics

    • Non-combustible waste: cans, bottles, and PET bottles

Please be aware that additional charges will apply if you check out after the designated time.

We appreciate your understanding, as thorough cleaning and inspection of equipment and supplies are required to prepare the room for the next guest.

About Your Stay Plan

Availability may be limited depending on ingredient supply and our reservation schedule.
We kindly ask that you contact us to confirm in advance.

Unfortunately, temporary use of the facilities by non-registered guests is not allowed.
※ This includes joining BBQs or other activities without staying overnight.

About the Room & Facilities

Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages.

Yes, you may use the electric BBQ grill stored in the room.
Please use it only on the balcony, as indoor use is not permitted.
Kindly bring your own ingredients.
After use, please wash the grill and return it to its original place.

Yes, there is a TV in the room.

Unfortunately, we do not provide gowns, pajamas, or other sleepwear.
We kindly ask that you bring your own.

Unfortunately, we do not provide items such as facial lotion or emulsion.
We kindly ask that you bring your own.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, frying pans, and other utensils for your convenience.
Please feel free to use them during your stay.

We’re sorry, but oil and seasonings are not available in the room.
Kindly bring your own if needed.

Fireworks are allowed on the beach directly in front of the hotel, until 10:00 PM.

The sofa and two single beds are on the first floor.
Please note that the bathroom and toilet are located on the basement level (B1).

Yes, there are several shopping options in the area, including AEON Town, Mishimaya, Goody, and convenience stores.

About the Meal Plan

The set includes an assortment of sashimi, grilled or simmered fish, rice, and miso soup (fish head broth).

Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages.

Meals will be delivered directly to your room.

Yes, there is a supermarket located about 10–15 minutes away by car.

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage or food items before check-in.

About Parking

There are two parking spaces available beside the entrance of each cottage. EV charging facilities (3kW × 2) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
We kindly ask that you turn off your engine when parked.
Additionally, the free parking lot at Kute Beach Park (open 24 hours) located in front of the hotel is also available for use.

About Payment

At Ocean Villa Vihara S+, we generally require payment in advance by credit card.

About Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply starting 14 days before the check-in date.

    • From 14 to 8 days prior: 30% fee

    • From 7 to 2 days prior: 50% fee

    • The day before, on the day of check-in, or no-show: 100% fee
